ANF Group's Village View Project in Flagler Village

We had the opportunity to do some in progress shots of ANF Group's latest project Village View. ANF Group and Housing Trust Group are building an affordable senior housing complex in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village Neighborhood. The project, Village View, will have 100 apartments and 120 parking spaces in seven stories. The 160,000 SF project will include a pool, a business center, a gym and a media center. Village View was designed by Corwil Architects and will be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
